Corporates use the LEO platform to try and find solutions to their problems. We facilitate this by providing portals to run Challenges and Insights on our platform.

You may apply to any active Challenge/Insight on this page for free.

Challenge/Insight Details

Each Challenge/Insight will have unique reasons for applying and other useful information that you should read before clicking apply. You can find these details under two sections linked from Challenge/Insight navigation, 'Summary' and 'How it works'.

Clicking Apply

If you are not logged in or do not already have a LEO account, you will be asked to register(need help registering- click here) or login. After registering or logging in, you will be redirected to the next step in the process.

If you are logged in, you will be taken to a page where you may be offered two choices of application type. The two types of application you could see are Innovation or Experts. If you don't see one of these options, then the Challenge is not open to that type of application. If you are applying as an expert and the option is displayed, please click it and this will take you to the next step.

Completing your Profile

If your profile is not already 100% complete, you will be required to complete it to continue with your application. Once your profile is 100% complete, you will be able to click save and continue.

Vetting

Depending on the each Challenge's requirements, the final step may require you to answer additional vetting questions specific to this Challenge. All of these questions are required to be answered for you to complete your application. You will also be asked to add an optional cover note for your application.

Review and Submit

After submitting your vetting you will be taken to a page where you can either click buttons to go back and edit your vetting or profile, or if your happy with your application, you can click submit.

What Next?

After clicking submit on the review and submit page, your application is complete. It will be reviewed either by our internal team or by the company hosting the Challenge/Insight. Each company reviews their applications with a different process so please be patient as you may not hear a response as quickly as you'd like. Once it has been reviewed, you will receive an email to let you know if it has been approved or disapproved. We strongly suggest you turn on your platform notifications to make sure you get these emails.

There is no guarantee that you will receive a response from the company running the Challenge/Insight. It is up to the company's discretion.
