Account Owners, Challenge/Insight Owners and Users may write internal comments onto applications to Challenges/Insight that they can then all view.

To view applications to your Challenge/Insight, you must first go to the Challenge/Insight itself and click (whilst logged in) the "Administration" button. To be able to see applications you must be the Account Owner, Challenge/Insight Owner or User.

In your administration area, you will have a sidebar navigation that will have different links depending on what is and isn't activated on your Network. You will see a link for one or both of Innovation Applications and Expert Applications. Clicking on one of these will take you to that list of applications.

Click the eye icon 👁️ next to the application you wish to add internal comments to, this will take you to the application profile page.

On the 'Review Innovation' page click on the "Evaluation" tab and then scroll down to the bottom. You will see the application comments section where you can chat with the other administrators of the Challenge/ Insight about the application.

Doing this will not notify the applicant.
